Go to Egypt and tell the most powerful person on the planet (aka Pharaoh) to let the Hebrew people go. Problem with this is that Moses has spent 40 years shoveling dirt over the days he spent in Egypt and is not interested in returning. God comforts Moses by giving him a “sign” that everything will work out. Turns out the sign that God will be with him is simply a promise that everything will turn out just like God says.
