We have several opportunities for leadership in our church.  Here is a brief rundown:

1.  Leadership Team:  These people are appointed for one year and function as elders (overseers, teachers and shepherds) in our church.

2.  Servant Team Leaders:  These people are appointed for one year and function as deacons (aka servants).  They lead the different servant teams that get things done at MERCYhouse.

3.  Midweek Group Leaders:  These people lead small groups during the week and meet many of the teaching and pastoral needs of people in the church.

4.  Staff:  These people are paid by the church to devote their time to accomplishing particular functions within the church.  We currently have Robert (who is our lead pastor and who also serves on the Leadership Team); Lois (who coordinates womens ministry and covers administrative details; and Cindy (who coordinates worship arts for our congregation)
